L&D Designer/Developer – Job Description
Design high quality, multi-approach blended learning and performance solutions on a variety of learning projects that support business strategic priorities, enable people strategies and impact key business measures
Developer skills: Articulate 360, InDesign, Microsoft Suite, Adobe
L&D Designer/Developer – Mandatory Skills
Experience using in design (Adobe suite)
Ability to apply adult education, workplace learning, social learning and storytelling to help shape and ensure the desired outcome of instructional materials Internal
Experience with graphic design, video, micro-learning, responsive design, simulations, animation/motion graphics with a good sense of visual communication
Strong knowledge and ability to develop training using software like Articulate Storyline / Rise
360, Captivate, Rapid Video Development (e.g., Vyond, PowToon), Snaggit, and Adobe Creative Suite design tools
Demonstrated experience analyzing, designing, producing, testing and launching digital (eLearning, podcasts, video, virtual training) content that conforms to bank technology, learning management system and accessibility standards
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment and meet demanding deadlines
Ability to develop good business relationships with internal partners and manage stakeholder relationships
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Strong conceptual, analytical and creative problem-solving skills; can see the "big picture" in a complex environment
Independent thinker and takes initiative to capitalize on opportunities or minimize problems
Successfully led previous projects and/or initiatives impacting the client experience
Highly organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment and manage multiple priorities
Experience leading change management initiatives
Strong planning, prioritization and time management skills are required
High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks
Demonstrated Leadership skills and abilities
