This is a remote assignment that may require you to go into the office on occasion. Your responsibilities will include;
- Maintaining and renewing licenses.
- Assisting in the management/ renewal of National Insurance program.
- Tracking & recording driver's information.
- Management and review of low-risk contracts.
- Ensuring business units are compliant with both Federal and Provincial regulations.
Experience that will allow you to excel
- Minimum 3 years experience as a legal assistant/ law clerk preferably in an in-house setting.
- Experience with federal and provincial regulations
- Familiarity with contract management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with legal billing
