About the Role:

• The Labourer will completes duties related to construction of housing and residential building units such as carpentry and/or general cleanup tasks as directed by the Superintendent.
• The Labourer will coordinate activities of trades and suppliers on site as required and ensure workmanship is of a high quality, meeting the standards of the company while adhering to all safety rules.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience in general construction
• Able to work within a team environment and demonstrate a positive customer relations focus.
• Ability to perform physical job functions during all weather conditions.
• Must supply your own CSA approved safety footwear.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
• Safety training and awareness of the safe operation of power tools and other safety construction protocols and hazards.
