Labourer - Form Framer and/or Setter (2 positions)

Remuneration: $1158.900 per week plus applicable allowances and 13% Superannuation

Role Preview

This position supports council’s direction by undertaking a wide range of labouring and concreting tasks as part of a multi-disciplined team that is responsible for the construction and maintenance of existing services and structures in connection with roads and footpaths, kerbing and channelling, storm water drainage, boat ramps and other Council infrastructure

What we are looking for?

Council requires a concreter to join the Road Asset Construction team, a team responsible for the construction of Council maintained roads, culverts, storm water chambers, pipes and footpaths etc. throughout the Gympie Region. We require a skilled individual who can complete intensive labouring duties.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Construction Industry White/Blue card.
• Possess and maintain a QLD C Class drivers licence.
• Trade level qualifications in form setting, carpentry, or a relevant trade.
• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of concreting including form-setting and screeding, pipe installation etc.
