The Role:

Seeking a well rounded Department Supervisor, to run day to day operations for the Kitchen department. We are ideally after someone who has a passion for the industry and that has great customer experience abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team and provide ongoing coaching & training
• Achieve department targets with respect to sales, margins, expenses, profits and services
• Focus on provision of excellent customer service, ensuring the customers' satisfaction
• Supervise workflow, staffing levels and day to day operations
• Support with recruitment, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Maintain visual merchandise presentation standards within the store

The Ideal Candidate:

• Large Format Department Management experience
• Excellent customer service skills - with great verbal and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
• A people focussed leader
