The One Over The Ait is a beautiful pub perched on the Thames with an extensive drink & fresh food offering. The perfect place to relax & unwind next to The Kew Bridge near Brentford. The business is mainly driven by the glorious outside area which locals take full advantage of during the hot spring & summer months. The Loft dining area upstairs is the perfect space for both weekend diners & large functions with a capacity of up to 80 guests. With a well equipped kitchen & brand new food concept often serving food to the large outside area and functions in The Loft, our team of 5 hard-working chefs deliver seasonal & fresh food often to 200+ covers at once. Being well prepared & able to communicate is crucial to driving the kitchen forward and delivering a successful service to our customers.
What can we offer you?
Could you be the most important person in our kitchen?
Join us as a Kitchen Assistant, and you’ll be the person who keeps the wheels turning in our busy kitchen. You’ll keep it clean; you’ll keep it safe - and you’ll protect the space in which the chefs can create their magic…
The team spirit in our kitchens is brilliant and there’s real pride in helping create something special for customers.
This is also a great way to learn about premium catering. Fuller’s is a business where kitchen assistants can go on to become chefs or even general managers – and given our passion for fresh ingredients, there are few better places to learn the food business.
If you’ve never worked in a professional kitchen before, don’t worry. For this role, personality and potential are more important than skills and experience.
Fuller’s is family and a place where everyone belongs
