We are a small family owned takeaway business located in Henderson, Auckland. We strive to serve the best quality fried chicken to our customers and have a very loyal customer base with some great reviews. We have a small team who works very well together and we are looking to add someone who can run the kitchen full time, 5 days a week. We open from 3pm-10pm daily, so candidate would need to be available from 2pm-1030pm across a 7 day roster. 

Kitchen Managers responsibilities include:

• Day to day running of the kitchen 
• Hygiene, food safety & kitchen cleaning
• Filtering, battering, cooking, preparing & packing orders to our high quality standards
• Taking customers orders & payments via online, phone, uber eats & walk ins

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with food in a takeaway, fast paced environment
• A wiliness to learn & passion to work directly with the owner to make the business run as smoothly as possible & produce amazing fried chicken. 
• A team player attitude, who can take reasonability for the shop while the owner is not present
