We are currently seeking a Kitchen Hands to join our established team based at Bar & Grill Waterview, DOOLEYS Lidcombe and DOOLEYS Regents Park. This position requires flexibility for shift work across the week, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Working alongside a team of Chefs, you will be responsible for, not limited to:

• Maintaining and cleaning dishes, utensils, equipment and working areas
• General food preparation/handling
• Following all hygiene and Health and Safety regulations within the kitchen
• Ensuring all prepared and produced foods meet the clubs quality, timing and consistency

To be successful in obtaining this role, you must possess:

• Previous kitchen hand experience
• An ability to work within a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• A current RSA and RCG or a willingness to complete these prior to starting
• A driver licence and access to a vehicle as the location is difficult to get to via public transport

This position may require you to complete regular, reasonable ad hoc duties involving a medium to heavy task intensity, and these duties will form part of the inherent requirements of role.
