About the role and who we are looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Permanent Full Time Kitchen Hands to work at our rig site, in Taupo. Hours of work are Full Time; 12 hours shift with day and night shifts available.

This is a fixed term opportunity until end of December 2022.

What would you be expected to do:

As a Kitchen Hand you will be responsible for assisting the chef with food preparation and presentation (with some cooking required). You will also be responsible for maintaining clean & tidy kitchen areas ensuring everything is up to standard for customer use.

Our Perfect Candidate?

• Will already have years' experience working in a commercial kitchen and ideally you will hold food safety certificates (Unit Standard 167 and 168)
• Must be a team player and someone who is used to working alone and as part of a wider team.
• Will have a passion for health and safety.
• Will need to have the ability to work independently and confidently but, most importantly, you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.

A Full NZ Drivers Licence is a must for this role.
