Mitre 10 MEGA Invercargill is a dynamic and growinglocally owned and operated company with a vision to provide outstandingcustomer service and great value products to our customers.

Our showroom encompasses both Kitchen and Bathroomproducts and design. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organisedteam leader who can work with the Zone Manager to drive sales and grow marketshare in these categories.

This is a very hands-on position leading theteam, to deliver an enjoyable purchase decision and experience for ourcustomers.

The successful applicant needs to be 100% focusedon ensuring we deliver impeccable customer service. The role will alsoinvolve high levels of project and stock management, so the customer receivestheir products on time and when required.

You will be required to beinvolved in special events, running promotions and meeting financial targets.

Applicants will have the following skills andattributes :

• Previous leadership experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• A passion for customer service excellence
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent computer skills
• Physically fit as there will be manual handling, lifting, ladder use, and prolonged walking and standing on concrete floors

Previous experience in the kitchen and bathroomindustry would be advantageous, but not a necessity.
