About the role and who we are looking for:

We are looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to work at our Middlemore Hospital site in Auckland. Hours of work are Casual, rostered as and when required, across 7 days per week.

So, that's a little bit about us, now to 'what will you be doing with us?'

In this position you will be responsible for basic food preparation, washing dishes, managing tray line/trolley, providing superb customer service as well as assisting in general kitchen and cleaning duties.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Be a team player, have good time management and customer care skills, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
• Adhere to the company's procedures and policies contributing to working in a safe work place.
• Ideally already have some experience in food preparation and kitchen work, hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167), or be happy to be train for one.
• Have superior customer service skills but, most importantly, you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
