The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Kitchen Assistant. We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, committed and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our first-class catering team in Fairfield .As our Kitchen Assistant, you will be essential for the overall efficiency and standards of our back of house function committed to providing a fine dining experience to our residents.

• Providing an efficient and effective restaurant service that fully meets the needs of our residents, along with the high standards expected within the Home.
• Assisting with fresh food items, plating and delivering to our residents during food service times.
• Ensuring all crockery and equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately and that overall cleanliness of the kitchen is maintained at all times.
• Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times

What you will need to Succeed

We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is

positive and friendly. The successful candidate will:

• Previous catering or hospitality experience – desirable
• Be able to comfortably work as part of a team.
• Have the ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining the highest quality of output.
• Have a keen eye for detail.
• Be flexible
