There are various day and evening shifts available any day of the week on a temporary basis

As a Kitchen Assistant or as a member of the waiting on team you will have the following skills:

* The ability to work quickly and to the required standard

* An understanding of the importance of health and hygiene

* Experience of working in a commercial kitchen or of waiting on tables

* Plenty of stamina and the ability to work on your feet for most of the shift

Main Duties/Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Assistant you will:

* Ensure that the kitchen is clean and operational, cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas

* Wash utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately

* Sort, store and distribute ingredients under instruction

As a member of the waiting on team

* Be polite and friendly

* Serve food and drinks

* Clear and set the tables

Qualifications/Licences/Certifications

* A background of 6 months in a similar role will certainly help
