Job Description

We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Custodial, Blue Light & Government vertical within Key Accounts. This is a unique opportunity to join our established team, providing the full range of JCI services.
In addition to developing new business the key account manager will be expected to grow and protect existing customer revenue.

 

How you will do it
 
The Key Account Manager will sell our product portfolio and use technology innovation to enhance relationships and grow revenue on a national basis, achieving the sales targets and profit margin objectives set by the company. You will deliver outstanding customer service to your nominated accounts through structured account review processes and a real customer centric approach, understanding customers’ KPIs and how the company can facilitate these. You will work closely with the design/bid teams to deliver detailed bids/quotations that meet the requirements of the customer.
 

What we look for

 

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the ADT systems and processes, as well as back of house systems. Having a good technical understanding of security and life safety systems, you will be able to confidently demonstrate your ability to maintain and develop relationships through a structured approach. Knowledge of MOJ and NOMS standards as well as experience in large life safety systems would be an advantage. You will have knowledge of framework agreements and standard contract terms. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work effectively and autonomously with drive and determination to succeed. Computer literacy is important, especially with the Microsoft Office suite and any CRM tool experience, in particularly Salesforce.com will be advantageous.
