The Opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Christchurch. The role will be working with a number of departments, assisting with managing the finances for projects as well as working with the teams to keep the projects within budgets and delivered on time.

The role will include:

• Preparing take-offs
• Estimating/Quoting of works from first principles
• Preparing monthly claims for submission to clients
• Preparing and presenting accurate monthly financial reporting

What we need from you?

• Recently graduated or working working towards QS graduation
• Enthusiastic team member with ability to work closely within a small team
• High level of computer skills (ideally with Excel, CostX, Candy experience)
• High level of communication skills
• Strong organisation skills
