This is an established Tier 2 main constructor that has built a profile for themselves in high rise concrete structures, including apartment towers, hotels, student accommodation, and mixed-use retail developments. They have a several newly awarded projects that now requires additional QS support.

This is a role where you will be sitting under a Senior QS being trained incrementally on the job.

You will have exposure to procurement of sub contractor and suppliers, site coordination, subcontract letting and management, negotiations and preparations of contracts, progress claims and variations, managing and tracking project expenditure.

Currently you are working for a commercial build main contractor  with at least 1 - 3 years of experience with a relevant tertiary degree/diploma. You have an attitude to learning, have strong financial nous, are growing in negotiation skills, have an eye for detail, are responsive and can confidently liaise across a range of stakeholders.

This role offers a competitive market salary $70K - $100K with further benefits and access to ongoing professional development.
