This role is a perfect steppingstone for a senior level HR Coordinator who would like to further consolidate her/his HR foundation for the next step up.

Key responsibilities:

• HR operational and administrative duties
• Implementation of HR policies and procedures
• HR advisory service to stakeholders – supporting lower to medium level ER issues
• Recruitment support
• HR project works
• Guide and mentor junior HR team members on HR operational duties

About you:

• 2-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator level role, with some ER exposure
• Sound understanding of NZ employment law
• Experienced in interpreting HR policies and procedures to stakeholders
• Strong communication skill
• A real team player, who enjoys sharing ideas and guiding junior team members
