Your skills:

You will have a can-do attitude, be motivated to find a resolution for your clients and have a customer satisfaction focus. In this role you will take ownership of projects and client requirements and do your best to meet and manage their expectations. Our client operates on a supportive trust based system. Technology will be used to help you keep track of projects and a friendly, collaborative team environment will help you to feel supported and part of a thriving team and company.

About the role:

Fleet vehicles will need to be fitted with technical equipment so you must liaise with the fleet manager to understand when the vehicle is available and liaise with the technology installation team so that they can go to the vehicle for the installation.Customer service, project management, basic technical support will all be aspects of this dynamic Jr Account management position.

• You will keep track of projects and provide clients with daily progress updates.
• Provide excellent customer service to key clients.
• Assist new clients with their on-boarding + fit out process.
• Manage projects that have several moving parts organised and great at keeping the client informed.
• Full training and support will be provided - ongoing training and learning will be provided to assist you in your professional growth.
