DESIGN THE FUTURE WITH A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS 
COWI's IT department, Group IT, delivers IT services and support to all COWI offices and employees globally. Consisting of over 100 dedicated IT professionals in countries throughout the world, our goal is to add value as a trusted partner to COWI, through knowledge of technology and business needs.  

Currently, we are looking for an IT Technician to join our team in the UK. Based out of our London office, your focus will be to provide IT support for COWI UK offices, and be an active member of our global service delivery team. 

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for: 

• Registration, handling and follow-up of IT incidents in the help-desk system (ServiceNow) 
• Configuration, troubleshooting, testing and distribution of PC's, peripherals and mobile devices 
• Technical support of IT Services, applications, printers and meeting rooms 
• Coordination and support during project rollouts, including office moves and updates 
• Travel to other COWI UK offices, and occasionally internationally, as required

Furthermore, you'll be: 

• You have a relevant IT background, with previous experience in IT Support 
• You have flair for technical support and trouble shooting 
• You are eager to learn and develop your skills within a global IT department 
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently 
• You possess excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) 
• Professional IT certifications, such as ITIL, will be considered an advantage 
• Ability and willingness to travel to other COWI offices in the UK and internationally
