About the team …

 You will join a tight-knit IT team and report directly to the IT Manager. You will work with other helpdesk professionals and support approximately 300 users.  

 What you will do and how you will make an impact … 

[-] You will be on call and provide technical support for events   

[-] You will solve Tier 1 helpdesk issues (via phone, tickets, or emails)

[-] You will work with Office 365 and Windows servers (including Active Directory)

[-] You will support the set-up for their new Point of Sales (POS) system

[-] You will manage switches, access points and devices, including phones and tablets

Requirements

[-] Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support (Helpdesk, IT Support, Technician, Technical Support) role

This is a full-time position that includes a competitive base salary, extended health and dental benefits, and paid vacation.
