Robert Half is hiring now for an experienced IT Support Analyst for our Edmonton Client. As the successful Candidate you will be entrusted with maintaining, configuring, and upgrading all computer/server hardware, software, and network equipment as well as providing computer support, training, and software solutions. You are well versed in all aspects of technical support within Microsoft based environment and have solid customer service focused interpersonal skills. This role is located in Edmonton, AB.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• 5 +  years or more of experience in a similar role with a strong background in technical support in a fast paced high volume professional environment. (supporting minimum 40 users)
• Proficient working experience with Network administration
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability in Software Development
• Strong technical support experience in a Microsoft based software environment including Sage Timberline products, Crystal Reports, various engineering software
• Technical knowledge of PC hardware and related technology, Windows 7, Windows 10 operating systems setup, configuration, patching and updating.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, including excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively will all levels of stakeholders
• An enquiring mind with the ability to be adaptable and think outside the box to search for answers
• Must be highly organized with great attention to detail and providing quality results
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field
