Temporary 12-month role based in Sydney

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our ICT team within the Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade.

This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting a wide range of onsite and remote ICT services to the DEIT cluster to facilitate the operation of the business unit.

About You

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach, as well as sound knowledge of IT systems and operations.

Your motivation and commitment to providing IT support to the Department, combined with your high collaboration skills will ensure your success in this role.
