Our Constructions based client is searching for an Intermediate IT Support Analyst to join their organization. As the IT Support Analyst you will help to maintain the ERP system, Network and provide company wide support. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience, has a networking background and has supported and ERP system.

Must Have skills

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support or administration role

• SQL programming experience to develop reports and Business intelligence smart views

• Crystal reports updates for reports and forms

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network systems

• Be familiar with all hardware and software: includes computers, printer, smartphones, network devices, phone system and servers

• Provide orientation & training to new users of existing technology

• Create documentation to assist end users

• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources

• Troubleshoot all technology issues

• Class 5 Drivers license

Nice to Have

. Experience with Bistrack ERP system

· Mobile device support experience (preferred)

· Excellent organizational skills and time management skills

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

· A university degree or diploma/certificates in computer sciences ( exceptional experience can also be considered)

· A+ Certification is beneficial

. Certification or experience in router management is beneficial
