About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Analyst with experience in delivering end-user support to join our new Department.

This role is responsible for providing broad-ranging, Tier 1 support to users utilising a range of desktop services, including the managed operating environment and software that is delivered locally and remotely, to troubleshoot and resolve issues of moderate complexity across the organisations' ICT environment.

You have excellent verbal and written communications skills and are organised and able to meet deadlines.

Your proactive, positive, and energetic approach, combined with your high level of empathy and a commitment to providing excellent customer service will ensure your success in this role.
