You will be responsible for leading a passionate IT team and working closely with the key decision-makers across departments to identify, advise, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions. It will be critical to ensure the efficient operation and security of the company's network, client services, databases and equipment.

About you:

You will bring 5+ years of proven leadership/mentoring experience, complemented by your strong technical ability and willingness to be hands-on to ensure delivery of key technology solutions.

This is a challenging leadership position requiring strong commercial and stakeholder relationship skills, and technical knowledge of mainstream technologies.

To be successful you will need:

• Confidence, credibility and strong leadership skills to build relationships with the IT team, management, clients and stakeholders
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and deployment
• Experience in ICT Operations Management
• Working knowledge of ITIL framework
• Good technical knowledge of across Cyber Security, Microsoft servers, switches, WIFI, firewall’s, VMware, Fibre SAN, Office 365 and Azure
• Ability to solve problems, make decisions and effectively manage people and workstreams
