Our client in Niagara is currently recruiting for an IT Manager. The role of the IT Manager is to provide support and security for information technology in both hardware and software applications. They are to assist other staff with inquiries regarding use of technology systems and providing training to staff on the proper use of existing systems. The IT Manager will also extract information and produce reports for management to use as required or needed.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related major

· Minimum of 5 years system support and Management experience

· Familiar with all facets of computer applications, including Mistral, Microsoft Office

· Experience & understanding of MAC hardware & OS system software along with PC Hardware & system software including various email programs

· Experience with iPhone & Android setup

· Experience with Teams & Zoom virtual platforms

· Experience with setup of AV equipment for presentations

· Understanding of digital signage software & hardware setup (eg. Screenscape)

· Experience & knowledge of Sharepoint & One Drive for storing & accessing files remotely

· Must have reliable transportation throughout the Niagara Region
