We are looking for experienced IT Manager to provide leadership of a professional IT support and infrastructure team.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Manage the planning for and coordination of, the roll-out or replacement of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Supervise the management of the network, telephony, HPC, email and other IT systems to maximise system availability.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of all service interruption and outage communication issued by the help desk and provide guidance and mentoring to improve this where necessary.
• Manage supplier contracts for hardware, software and services and liaise with external consultants, co-ordinate and manage sub-contractors where appropriate.
• Manage the performance of team members and ensure the capabilities and competencies of the Department.
