The Global CIO Office team is looking for an experienced IT Communications Manager, who will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the IT vision and priorities have been well understood by the IT Community
- Improving and implementing the communication framework
- Capturing communication expectations within the IT Organization
- Strengthening constantly the teams’ spirit and cohesion
- Communicating the materials in an engaging, intuitive and efficient manner
- Crafting and packaging information & content according to the audience, through different communication channels
- Relaying the “Responsive” mindset and best practices as a “Change Champion”

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the worldwide IT Communication Intranet (Chanel Tech Portal) including monthly newsletters and editorial contents
• Closely work with internal and externals partners to maintain and continuously improve platforms and tools used
• Animate a worldwide editorial community and capture latest updates and requirements
• Coordinate and organize multiple communication events with various IT audiences (e.g., breakfast meetings, quarterly townhall meetings, biannual events, and other ad hoc presentations and team building events), based on a strong understanding of the context, audience and materials
• Create and communicate the content of key achievements and success stories of IT communities within the IT teams, and beyond
• Develop new and innovative ways of communicating to the community across multiple markets and cultures
• Build high quality, sophisticated and synthetic contents for executives (presentations or videos) to demonstrate IT activities or complex IT challenges
• Facilitate and support ad hoc communication requirements from IT Leaders and Managers
• Coordinate with external partners to obtain insights and benchmarks with regards to specific topics and share the documentations within the IT Community

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Master’s degree, ideally on communication and marketing specialties and minimum of 5 years of experience on communication activities
• Impeccable English verbal and written communication skills - French language is a nice to have
• Extensive knowledge of MS Pack Office (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Grasp of the use and application of Content Management Systems (CMS) and creative tools (Photoshop, Camtasia, InDesign, etc.) is nice to have
• Ability to query and manipulate data
• Ability to do visual story telling
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Analytical competencies, rigor, structured mind
• Diplomacy, adaptability, curiosity, interpersonal skills, active listening, high emotional intelligence
• Prior experience leading diverse and collaborative relationships across multiple teams in an international context
