IT Business Analyst - Online Banking Update – Job Description

• Enterprise Digital Banking Technology

• Project: CCAU Digital Banking Engineering team is seeking a Business Analyst to join the team and help develop and implement changes to their Online Banking application

• This project is to digitize the customer onboarding process of the bank

• Users will be able to go online and open a new account, instead of having to come into the bank

• The customers will be in the Caribbean

• This Business Analyst will be working with Toronto and offshore teams (Dominican Republic, India, Chile)

• Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies

• Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers

• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities

• Support one or more highly complex business processes

• Work on multiple projects as a project team member Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs

IT Business Analyst - Online Banking Update – Mandatory Skills

• 3-5 years of previous BA experience

• Experience directly working with developers, product owners and scrum masters

• Excellent communication skills - oral and written

• Being able to work Independently and on a team

• Microsoft Office -Word, excel,

• Post-secondary - MBA nice to have

• Previous experience with Scrum/Agile

• Experience in banking

• Previous online banking experience

• Technical background an asset
