Our dynamic client in Calgary is currently seeking an Invoicing Admin to join their hard-working team for a contract/temporary role.

As the Invoicing Admin, your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

  • Working closely with the invoicing tea
  • Obtaining invoice approvals
  • Sending invoices
  • Assisting with reception coverage
  • Booking meetings
  • Ad hoc duties as requested

Requirements

Put your talents to the test as an Invoicing Admin with our client. The successful Invoicing Admin will possess the following:

  • 3+ years of prior experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
