About the role
The National Retail Investigation Support Unit is a new incentive from New Zealand Police working in close partnership with key retail sector representatives like Retail New Zealand and Auror New Zealand.
The purpose of this unit is:
This is a national policing unit which will cover retail crime offending from all over New Zealand. It will identify retail crime offenders and intervene, with the major goal of the unit being a reduction in retail crime.
Great opportunity to be part of a small highly driven team focusing on intervening with New Zealand’s top retail crime offenders. You will investigate, gather evidence, and collate multiple retail crime files, to enable the apprehension of the suspect.
