Spectrum Aluminium, is a leader in the architectural metals space, focused particularly in the commercial construction sector with a broad product offering including balustrades, louvres, handrails, overhead glazing solutions and more.

Through exceptional and continued growth, we are now seeking the services of an experienced Inventory Manager to produce better outcomes in the areas of inventory and procurement.

Soon to embark on a new ERP implementation, we hope to find a suitably experienced ‘champion’ to assist us in this next growth phase.

The environment is complex, operates at a fast pace, and our supply chain has become more complicated in recent times.

The canvas is blank, the challenge is considerable, and the ability to influence real change is significant.

Reporting to the General Manager, the necessary requirements of this role are;

• Experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional communicator and influencer, capable of managing key. stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
• Be commercially and fiscally aware in order to drive measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence our production capabilities with strong planning and stock management.
• A history of process improvement and implementation aligning, in principal, with recognized disciplines; Lean, 5S, Kaizen or similar.
• High degree of computer literacy with an ERP space, and implementation experience would be beneficial.
• Solid knowledge of Health and Safety.
