As the Internal Communications Manager – Channels and Content you will create compelling communications content for colleagues focused on our five strategic priorities. You will bring a creative and commercial approach to all communications, ensuring we reach colleagues with the right message, through dynamic and engaging channels and focused on the principle of fewer, bigger, better. You will be responsible for day-to-day management of the content plan for our ‘always on’ channels, ensuring this is executed consistently and on time, and support the Senior Communications Manager – Channels and Content to develop the strategy for these channels. You will have a solid understanding of the internal communications channels appropriate to the message and support the Senior Communications Manager – Channels and Content in managing our mix of channels, including developing new and more engaging channels to reach all of our colleagues.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have excellent experience of managing and developing internal communication channels.
