This is a market leader across interiors, larger construction refurbishments and remediation with an international presence. They now require an Intermediate/Senior QS to work with the Project Manager and support the commercial aspects of a large interiors and refurb projects to $20M + based in the CBD.

As a QS you will be involved in post contract work including controlling all costs on projects, certifying subcontractors work, identifying variations, costing variation works, agreeing subcontractors final accounts and reporting to directors. There will be site visits involved.

As an applicant, you have:

• 5 + years of QS experience either with a main contractor or an interiors company with a strong understanding of contract administration
• You have sufficient autonomy to run a job with interaction with a Project Manager
• You have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly analytical
• Able to follow systems and learn new systems quickly

Salary $130K - $145K pending experiene
