What will you do?

As we gear up to our biggest ever build programme, we\'re looking for an intermediate level QS to join our team based on our new site in Cambridge, Waikato. This newly created role shows our continued commitment to being innovative and to building strong teams. In this site-based role, you will provide on-site cost and contractual management to our Hobsonville construction project. You will support the commercial cost control of the site, as well as managing sub-contractor scope of works.

You will work and collaborate with the wider site and office-based QS team, Project Managers, Regional Construction Managers, the Construction Design Team, External consultants, sub-contractors and the Site Administration Team.

• A proven degree-qualified QS with intermediate level experience in on site QS; your background will likely be in commercial, residential or subdivisions
