The Role

This is a Permanent position and they would happily take on either an intermediate or senior Java developer

You will be working with a team of driven specialists working on ambitious projects that help educational development globally. Collaborate on meaningful projects that keep you challenged and provide you with plenty of opportunities to grow within this business. Work on the ongoing improvements of an excellent product.

What you will need

This interesting position will suit someone with the ability to learn quickly and someone who has a positive attitude to working collaboratively as part of an established team. There will be several opportunities to work in conjunction with clients in different markets meaning that there will always be more to learn and interesting projects to work on.

At the core of the role, you will need:

• Intermediate to senior Java programming experience coupled with considerable experience in Spring and SQL.
• A good understanding of relational databases
• An understanding and ability to implement web technologies
• Understanding and experience with container technologies
• An ability to understand authentication mechanisms (such as SSO)
• Can demonstrate awareness of secure development techniques
