As the successful candidate for the role you will be accountable for a variety of database development tasks in a growing and evolving environment, supporting existing databases and the development of future database projects. Your first-rate technical ability, combined with your high-energy, flexibility, and dedication to development will ensure success in meeting business objectives.  This role is based in Calgary, AB.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• 3 + years proven successful working experience in a development role utilizing SSRS and SSIS
• Top level experience with SQL coding skills.
• Hands-on experience creating reports using MSSQL
• Strong understanding of Azure Data Factory
• Proven working success to understand needs of key stakeholders and developing associated solutions
• Proficient knowledge and ability for modifying databases based on organizational needs
• In-depth understanding of integrating operational systems to process transactional data
• A keen eye on industry standards and best practices
• Good written and oral communication skills, a commitment to service excellence and quality
• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
