We have an opportunity for an Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and deliver engaging and innovative learning design solutions and make a real difference for staff in their online and blended learning experiences. Reporting to the Team Leader, Instructional Design Team, the role will support People and Culture to use evidence-based best practice to design, develop and deliver transformative learning for staff at UC.

You will have a tertiary qualification in education, teaching or education technologies (preferably at the Post Graduate level) and at least 3yrs experience in a Learning Design-related role involving hybrid/blended and online delivery. This includes:
