A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Learning Designer to join the National L&D team based in Minchinbury. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct learning needs analysis to determine business objectives and learning outcomes
- Work with internal stakeholders to design and develop instructor led solutions that build on our existing leadership development program for senior leaders
- Create interactive and innovative content based on solid instructional design principles
- Assist in the development and implementation of evaluation tools for assessing the effectiveness of the learning solutions against clearly defined objectives
Selection Criteria:
- A passion for creating learning that achieves real business outcomes and changes behaviours
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design, specifically in designing face-to-face leadership training
- Experience in collaborating with SME’s and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated understanding of learning principles and learning assessment/evaluation methods
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple learning projects
- Strong MS Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
