We currently have the post(s) of Insight & Analysis Manager available.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Brand, you will oversee and lead the Insight & Analysis function which helps us to understand and build relationships with existing and new audiences and the impact of our output through high-quality and continuous surveys, audience research, data analysis, and project evaluation.
Your work will help develop our overall organisational understanding of audiences, their needs, behaviours, appetite, and aspirations, and how we utilise this intelligence to make strategic decisions and respond to opportunities. Equally, you will support internal stakeholders to ensure effective evidencing of their work and its impact in achieving our priority aims and objectives, and our overall strategic plan.
This role is highly collaborative, and you’ll interface with an assortment of departments such as marketing and brand, strategy and planning, digital, collections care, development, learning and participation, major projects, exhibitions, retail and catering as well as working with external bodies to achieve greater sector understanding.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about audiences, adept at working with complex data sources and excited at the prospect in joining us as we enter a new phase in Insight & Analysis at National Museums Liverpool.
