JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the National Director of Sales, the successful candidate’s primary role will be to support the Sales Team. As an Inside Selling Manager you will work with our Sales Team to generate new leads through setting qualified appointments.
Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Inside Selling Managers, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Proactively conduct Daily research, communication and recording on discussions with prospective clients, and sharing with Sales Team.
- Read and report any prospective client intel through news outlets
- Proficiency in Compass Value Proposition
- Continuous learning and understanding of current and new company offering
- Contributes to development of the strategies behind our sales processes.
- Perform various calling campaigns as directed. Call Campaigns will include a variety of tactics with strategic and targeted use of mediums such as phone calls, voicemails, and e-mail follow up.
- Work with the assigned Sales Director or VP for each campaign starting with an intake call to ensure there is alignment on target list, strategy, and any particulars related to the campaign
- Call prospective customers in designated market areas to qualify opportunities and attempt to gain appointments for the sales team
- Development of scripts to use when calling prospects—always tweaking and customizing them for the targeted
- Be responsible for owning the CRM database system to ensure record accuracy, and will include Entering names, titles, incumbent, etc. into CRM database system
- Prepares weekly reports that summarize activities against Targets.

- University degree recommended
- Previous Inside Sales experience required
- Knowledge of CRM databases required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite
- Organized self-starter with the proven ability to develop leads and sell
- Previous experience within industry is advantageous
- Strong verbal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of senior management
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership
