About the role:
The mission of our B2B Inside Sales Specialist is to get to Revenue Faster! This includes driving End-To-End Net New Business & Driving Growth Within Existing business to deliver a superior experience & sales for our customers. You will be responsible for your territory across Australia & New Zealand working closely with your accounts to managing them through the software subscription sales process.
Your day would include the following elements:
- Qualifying sales pipeline with your Business Development Rep
- Delivering product demonstrations
- Working with channel partners & resellers
- Negotiating commercial & creation of proposals
- Managing/closing procurement processes
- Driving software adoption and/or expansion with customer base with your Customer Success Manager
You should be comfortable in B2B hunting/sales into C-level, IT, End User contacts at medium, large and enterprise organisations where there are multiple internal business units.
Responsibilities
- Run the sales process from start to end with an emphasis on hunting for new business opportunities.
- Achieve a quota of NZ$300,000 Per-Annum.
- Average deal size NZ$15,000 - NZ$20,000 with no limitations.
- Managing Sales Forecasting and TAL account profiling in CRM – Hubspot.
- Act as a resource by providing exceptional customer service through answering questions and resolving subscription issues.
- Create proposals in and follow up with customers.
- Consistently utilize CRM tools to track and manage activity, forecast business and process orders.
- Contribute to the team’s quota across Australia & New Zealand market.
- Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in purchased software, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Eligible to work in New Zealand without restrictions.
- 1 - 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in selling business solutions / services.
- We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen.
