This role will focus on providing solutions to accompany their loans for automotive and power motorsports products. We are looking for candidates that are enthusiastic about helping others live their best life! You will:

• Work in a team environment and independently to help customers select the best insurance and warranty products to accompany their loans
• Be able to clearly communicate the benefits of adding products to protect their investment and credit score
• Communicate via telephone and email with our clients in both English and French
• Maintain and build relationships with existing and new customers
• Work between the hours of 9am to 7pm for 37.5 to 42.5 hours per week with every 2nd Saturday worked in addition to the 5 day week
• Maintain CRM database with detailed notes
• Other duties as required by your supervisor

The successful candidate brings:

• 1-2 years in a sales related environment (retail applicants welcome!)
• Fluency in English and French oral and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of lending products
• Automotive / Power Motorsports / Financial experience is an asset
• Desire to work in a company long term with plenty of opportunity to grow
• Be a strong team player

We offer:

• $20.00 hourly
• Hourly rate plus average monthly commission $2,500 (any hours worked above 40 hours will be paid time and a half)
