Responds to customer inquiries/sales orders regarding the organization’s products and/or services.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
◠Customer service – answering customer inquiries/sales orders
â— Working with and assisting various departments on a daily basis
â— Tracking sales orders and availability of product
â— Work with Dealers and Territory Managers on order quotes
â— Working with warehouses and setup yards on open orders
â— Generate all orders, regular booking orders and warehouse transfers
â— Work with production personnel on product schedules
â— Tracking booking orders
â— Tracking programs and success rates
â— Problem solving
â— Provide backup for invoicing and other inside sales desks
â— Knowledge of term codes, policies and programs
â— Respond to website inquiries, and other duties as assigned
â— High school diploma
â— Computer experience, AS400/Mapics considered an asset
â— Proficient use of Microsoft Office, with advanced use of Excel
â— Excellent organizational, communication and people skills
â— Must thrive in a fast paced environment and able to meet daily deadlines
â— Experience in Customer Service
â— Able to multi-task on a daily basis, attentive to detail and accuracy
â— Knowledge of farm equipment/company products is a definite asset
