Transport Shared Services
The Transport Shared Services Branch (TSS) is part of the Corporate Services division and provides operational and shared services across the cluster, including payroll, procurement, finance and workplaces. We partner to provide sustainable strategies, solutions and services, enabling our clients to deliver Transport’s vision of making NSW a great place to live, work and play.
The Opportunity
Right now, we have a 12-month temporary opportunity for Injury Management and Technical Specialist.
In your new role, you will provides technical advice to ICM customers. You will be responsible for keeping staff abreast of all legislative changes and guidelines, developing and delivering comprehensive training, and supporting the effective delivery of Injury & Claims Management services to customers.
You are also responsible for providing claims and injury management strategies that focus on early intervention and durable Recovery at Work outcomes.

About You
You are a collaborative and talented Injury Management and Technical Specialist with extensive knowledge of Injury Management. You know how to build strong relationships, collaborate and communicate effectively to drive outcomes. You will pride yourself on always being a step ahead, anticipating and addressing potential issues before they arise.
Engaging and energetic, you understand the value of an excellent employee experience and you’re committed to making Transport a great place to work. You excel in your communication and presentation skills and have proven experience influencing and operating in a complex customer centric environment.
Essential Requirements
Extensive knowledge and application of the Workers Compensation Legislation in NSW
Proven experience in the development and implementation of training programs and materials
Team Leadership experience highly desirable
