About us;

Our Information Services Group (ISG) work hard tosupport our West Coast Health System by providing digital solutions that enableimproved health outcomes and we are looking for our next Infrastructure TeamLeader to take on a valuable positing within our team.

The Team Leader is responsiblefor working with the ISG team to provide a level of service excellence acrossall Information and Communication Technology ICT solutions whilst maintainingthe development and delivery of the ISG work plan.

In assuming thisresponsibility, the role enables the Team Leader to be an effective and valuedpartner of the business and supports the business to achieve its goals.

In this role you will :

  • Manage the infrastructure team operations you areresponsible for to ensure high quality, consistent and effective service
  • Ensure resources are allocated effectively based onthe prioritisation of work requests and requirements.
  • Monitor and review the quality of serviceprovided by compiling and providing metrics reports
  • Implement service improvement plans whererequired.
  • Monitor financial expenditure against budgetsand escalate issues if it is estimated to be exceeded

We arelooking for someone with the following skills and traits :

  • At least 7+ years IT Industry experience
  • Experience leading / mentoring / supporting a team
  • A Post-graduate University Degree in Information Technology,Computer Science, Engineering or related field is preferable
  • Relevant industry training possibly includingqualifications from Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco and VMware
