A true project management connoisseur

This exciting and varied role is key to delivering the quality service we take pride in offering to

both our internal and external customers. That’s why we’re looking for an Infrastructure Project

Manager. You’ll establish strong and flexible working relationships with third party providers and

various Primark ICT teams to ensure that Primark’s infrastructure roadmap and associated

projects are delivered on time and on budget.

What we’re looking for

Along with a strong project management expertise, you are a proven driver of change that’s

well-versed in IT infrastructure. You excel at managing multiple projects and project teams by

means of various project methodologies and management tools including Planview, Visio or MS

Project. You know how to lead, motivate and foster collaboration in a team environment.

Attention to detail, the ability to make decisions based on data analysis and an active

professional programme or project management accreditation like MSP, PRINCE and PMP

complete your profile.

Some of your key responsibilities would include:

Delivering projects

Managing infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion and providing leadership

and guidance to cross matrix team members along the whole journey.

Keeping in touch

Managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including communications to team,

stakeholders and executives, developing and agreeing the communications plan as well as

resolving conflicting priorities or issues as they arise.

Remaining effective

Taking full responsibility for the effective management of risks and issues and acting as the

main point of escalation for project team members.
