Robert Half is recruiting for an experienced Infrastructure Lead for our Calgary Client. As the successful Candidate you will be accountable for managing the infrastructure operations team and their tasks related to supporting the Client’s hybrid infrastructure, certifying ongoing service accessibility.  Are you an individual who has a “go-getter’ attitude and their pulse on IT industry trends, possesses a solid grasp of on-premise and cloud services in Azure along with the capability to apply your IT knowledge while expertly leading a team of technical resources? Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• 5 + years proven experience in an Infrastructure Lead, Technical Support or Engineering/System Admin role with demonstrated ability with VMware ESXi
• Exceptional knowledge and experience with Azure cloud infrastructure
• Expertise and working experience to manage Azure AD, MDM, Exchange Online, Print Services, O365 and other cloud applications
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities with first-rate interpersonal skills and good customer focus aptitude combined with excellent leadership skills
• Familiarity and working knowledge of Cisco Meraki and Fortinet hardware is a definite plus
• Demonstrated planning and organizational skills, highly motivated with a “can do” attitude
• "Out-of-the-box" thinking and problem-solving skills along with demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn business applications
• Certified Azure Administrator Associate
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information System or related field
