We are seeking a dynamic information management advisor to join our friendly information management team. 
This role is for permanent full time.
In this role you will be responsible for:

• administering and supporting Ministry, Te Arawhiti, Courts and Judiciary information management systems
• providing advice, guidance, training and support on data and information management best practices
• retrieving and transferring information from/to our off-site provider
• building positive relationships and engaging with internal and external stakeholders

He pūkenga tou/Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will need to be:

• hard-working and motivated
• able to work independently as well as part of a team
• able to work quickly and accurately to a deadline
• familiar with the Public Records Act 2005 and relevant legislation and
• had at least 1 years' experience in a similar role in central government

Salary Range: The appointing salary for this role will be between $58,951 and $76,983 based on skills and experience.
