Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will develop knowledge of our industry-specific Travel products and expertise in our Search, video, and display products.

You'll bring creative ability to position the value for advertisers and partner with travel clients as well as agencies to demonstrate how Google's Travel products, and Display and Video 360, can enhance their online presence. You will drive customer success, aligning our products with their business challenges and objectives, and collaboratively design and deliver digital strategies that fuel their growth.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Use in-depth knowledge of our customer objectives, combined with stakeholder management skills to drive products.
  • Collaborate and consult with clients in order to be recognized by the client as a knowledgeable and strategic partner for their business across Google’s Travel products, including advising on the technical set-up of the Google Hotel Ads product, through to identifying performance optimization opportunities across all products, and advocating for greater product adoption.
  • Collaborate with Travel Product and Go-To-Market teams to inform product priorities, advocate for capabilities, and drive customer adoption of key features.
  • Communicate and deliver compelling narratives across Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, and Executive teams
  • Succeed in a rapidly changing environment and prioritize the highest value pathways.
